How it works
Paste one item per line and shuffle. A Fisher–Yates shuffle gives every ordering equal probability. It can sometimes return the original order, especially for short lists.
Make it your own
Set presentation order, mix revision topics, or arrange a turn-taking sequence.
A little chance. Nothing up our sleeve.
Results use your browser’s Web Crypto random source. Integer selection rejects uneven leftovers, and lists use a Fisher–Yates shuffle. The animation reveals the result; it does not determine the odds. Your inputs stay in this page, with no uploads or accounts. These tools are for everyday decisions, not regulated draws.
A few good questions
Will duplicate lines disappear?
No. The tool preserves every entry, including intentional duplicates.
Another way to decide
A different kind of choice? There’s a tool for that.
