Choose groups, one-off pairs, or a whole rotation
These modes solve different organising problems. Balanced teams split the group once. Random pairs make one round and may leave one person unpaired. Partner rotation plans several rounds with no pair repeated inside the generated schedule. None of these modes evaluates skill, language, friendship, or support needs.
Example: five people, five rounds, ten different pairs
Load Alex, Sam, Jordan, Casey, and Taylor with Partner rotation and five rounds. Each round has two pairs and one rest turn. Across the complete cycle there are ten different pairs and each participant rests exactly once. The initial order is shuffled, so the displayed names and round order may differ from another generated schedule.

Balanced sizes are not balanced abilities
Seven people divided into three teams produce sizes 3, 2, and 2. With a maximum of three people per team, the tool also makes three balanced teams; it does not fill two teams to three and leave a singleton. Assign skill-based roles or accessibility requirements separately when needed.
How many no-repeat rounds are possible?
For n people, a full rotation has n−1 rounds when n is even and n rounds when n is odd. With six people, five rounds give each person five different partners. With five people, five rounds provide four conversations and one rest each. A shorter schedule still avoids repeated pairs, but it need not give everyone the same number of rest turns.
Keep a schedule stable once the activity starts
Generating again creates a new schedule; it does not account for meetings that have already happened. If somebody joins late or leaves, finish the current round, then decide whether to restart. A newly generated plan can repeat a pair from the previous plan. Give people with the same name distinct identifiers.
Limits to keep in mind
Teams and single pairs accept up to 200 entries. Rotation accepts 2–40 uniquely named people. Repeated names are separate entries in ordinary teams but rejected in rotation. No saved attendance, locked pairings, or cross-session tracking is provided.

A few good questions
What if the list does not divide evenly?
Some teams contain one extra person. Maximum people per team creates enough balanced teams to stay within your limit.
Can a person appear twice?
Each input line is assigned exactly once. Identical lines represent separate entries, so remove accidental repeats before generating.
