WHAT TO EAT

What should I cook?

Turn the daily dinner question into a shortlist or a week of distinct meals. Adjust the filters to what you can actually cook.

A weekly plan you can actually use

Choose the eating pattern and preparation time you can manage on busy days. A seven-dinner plan uses different meals and groups suggested ingredients into a shopping list. It does not specify quantities, portions or nutritional values: add those to fit your household.

The exclusions check only the listed ingredients in our own meal ideas. Packaged foods, substitutions and cross-contact may contain other allergens; check labels and recipes yourself, especially for a medical allergy. If very strict filters leave too few dishes, loosen one filter or plan fewer days.

Keep leftovers in mind. Cook rice or lentils once and use them in another meal, and place quick dinners on your busiest days. These are meal ideas rather than full recipes: check a trusted recipe and safe cooking guidance before preparing unfamiliar food.

Example: make a week easier to shop for

A lentil soup, tomato pasta and a rice bowl can share tomatoes, onions and rice while still tasting different. Place the fast pasta on your busiest evening. Treat the generated shopping list as a reminder of ingredients, then add quantities based on the number of people and any leftovers you want.
