PICKNADO · DECIDE
What should I tackle first?
Too many tasks? Write down the ones you can start today, rate urgency and effort, then pick the first step.

Turn a list into one next action
Write tasks as things you could begin, not entire projects. “Draft the first paragraph” is easier to act on than “finish the report.” Rate urgency and importance separately: a due date can be close even if the task is not the most valuable.
The score doubles urgency and importance, then gives a small nudge to lower effort. This is a simple ordering aid, not a schedule or a promise of productivity. If a large task ranks first, find its smallest useful first step.
